Trader Joe’s Isalnd Soyaki
Is a unique sauce made with preservative free soy sauce, pineapple, juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds. Great as a marinade before grilling, and cooking, or as a stir fry sauce.
In medium high-medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil cook ground turkey for 3 minutes or until it’s no longer pink. Add shallots and bird’s eye chili. Cook for a couple of minutes. Set aside.
In the same pan, add the rest of the oil saute the baby bok choy then and sauce mixture. Mix in the meat, serve hot with Kimchi fried Rice.

Kimchi Fried Rice:
1 tablespoons canola oil
1 package Trader Joe’s Kimchi Fried Rice, thawed
1 Trader Joe’s green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Cooked the rice as directed and garnish with green onion.
*This is no fuss dinner for me. Trader Joe’s always gives quality food but never breaks your wallet. The best part it’s organic and preservative free. TJ’s products are one of the few that I would eat any day. I heart Trader’s. enJOY!!!
